Santos and Amada (hope i spelled her name right) were some of the most helpful employees I've personally ever encountered at a locally owned business. They diagnosed an issue with a brand new system i installed, took their time to explain what was wrong why it was wrong, and told me exactly what I needed to do to solve my issue. I even called back for a question I had while at home working on it and they helped me over the phone. Can't say enough good about them as people, and as a shop, Frank's is the place to go for car audio!

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I wanted to share my experience. I came in for audio repair and unfortunately things didn’t go as expected. There was a lack of clear communication regarding pricing and timing, which led to confusion and frustration on my end. I ended up being charged extra after there being a delay. And to top that off, my issue wasn’t fixed. Which made the experience stressful and not what I anticipated. I think this could have been avoided with better transparency upfront. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as I believe improving communication and setting clearer expectations would make a big difference for future customers.

Great shop. Owner was super nice and professional. Santos did above and beyond work on my car. I had new speakers, an amp, dash cam and rear view cam installed in my car by him. The work was exceptional! Highly recommend for any work that needs to be done to car.

Just got new speakers for my truck then installed them myself. If you need anything for your vehicle sound related these guys and gals will get you sorted. Great selection, price and advice, can't go wrong 👌

Hi! My name is Jasper, and I recently requested audio services to modify my radio for my 2004 ford explorer sport! It’s a little pricy: but you pay for what you get. I paid a little under $700 for this, and it’s like my car came with it! The sound is great, connection is automatic with carplay, and pioneer is a great system. On top of that, service is great. Frank and his staff were very communicative about the delivery and work process, and made it as quick and easy as possible! I was in and out within an hour. Definitely check this place out, you won’t regret it.
